Only show the mobile number in the final signature, if a mobile number was assigned to that specific person.

Task description
Add an easy way to create an exe file for MS Windows that "just works" everywhere requiring no installation of Python or any dependencies.

Task
Make it possible to generate multiple signatures based on multiple templates for a department or just individual persons.

Idea
Do not use one signature that has to fit everybody's needs, but make it possible to generate one or multiple signatures for groups and individual people, depending on what that person or group needs.

Practical applications
Include additional information or use a different design, depending on the person's respectively group's communication needs:

• Information or a design that might be helpful for customes getting an email from sales might not be helpful for customers recieving an email from management.
• Also: Depending on the context, in which a message is send, more or less information might be needed.
  E.g. initial customer contact, follow-ups, routine contacts

For all but the most basic use cases, a template engine is required, that allows to conditionally include information (cp. #3).

Task
Determine the requirements, get an overview of available template engines, select the best fit, and implement it.
