display datime by day_month_hour on chartjs graphics

we need to findout to improve the X axis on graphics

visualize the frequency how much a test failed during all build

the feature should visuize the most test that are failing during history.

Example:
500 builds, we should have a top-chart of what was the most failing tests , the 2nd and so on.

(chart can be pie chart but also something different)

research for using lines instead of curves

sometimes curve points are not well displayed.
research if we can improve it with other js display

add build_url if user click on points from chart

Description:

At moment we have the chart showing 30 Failure at some points and then other cordinate to 10 failures.

It would be nice, that additionaly to showing the buildtimestamp of the Points, we could open the Jenkins_job_url when clicking to the point of the graphs.

This need a little chartjs introspection of data.

refactor javascript code and move it to standard rails

at moment the javascript code is not placed in standard placeholder for rails.

Would also the time to refactor it

improve deployment doc

create doc for deploy bacheca in production

fix also issues on codebases etc due to prod env.

statistic about build on obs (opensuse)

it might be intersting to collect some data about how many times a pkg failed to build , and collect a chart given a project name.

add some tests once first design is more or less defined

add some tests (unit and so on)

place configurations files in standard rails dirs

there are at moment 2 yml configuration ( in readme)

that should moved on standard rails config dir (config) and then access them via ruby accordingly

improve database workflow

at moment the database workflow need improvements.

• fetching new data from jenkins ( feed db with service)
• control if there is already record present with timestamp (duplicata ck)
• tests and improvements

create dockerfile for deployment with sqlite3

for a minimal deployment is handy to have corrispondent dockerfile

on_click add link of jenkins build url

it might be usefull to add a on click event that will redirect to the build_url of the job

put the datetime somewhere in graph

there is a record on db datetime with hour that is atm not visualized, it might be usefull to put it somewhere

ordered_tests_result_by_jobname should be an hash instead of array

the `ordered_tests_result_by_jobname``fetch for results oderder by timestamp. However this should be an hash of values . at moment is an array with fixed number

improve on-over legend when checking on result points
