Postlink scripts use micromamba activate to activate the environment before execution.
However, we don't have a real "micromamba" available. We might have to re-use the shell activation code from micromamba in the monstructor and add it to the CLI so that we can use the monstructor binary for shell activation as well. Or we place a micromamba binary into the target prefix and use that...

I meant to investigate CPack for monstructor, and here is a list of questions that I need answers for:

• can we bundle up arbitrary (non-cmake built) stuff?
• how can we handle activation scripts? Should we create "fake-executable" that set environment variables in a (sub-)shell before starting the program?
• Can we execute micromamba (or a derived program) to replace the prefixes with the installation prefix in our environment using CPack (at installation time, or right after installation)? Additionally, we might have to execute post-link scripts...
