InvoiceHound is a tool for freelance teams that generates one professional client invoice, splits earnings internally by hours logged, and automatically escalates payment reminders on Day 1 / Day 7 / Day 14 until the client pays.
This repository contains a 5-agent Multi‑Agent System (MAS) that runs end‑to‑end: the CEO decomposes tasks, Product writes the product spec, Engineer generates a landing page and opens a GitHub PR, Marketing prepares launch assets and posts to Slack, and QA reviews and comments on the PR.
- CEO → Product: task message (product spec JSON)
- CEO → Engineer: task message (landing page + GitHub issue/PR)
- CEO → Marketing: task message (tagline, email, social posts, Slack launch)
- QA → GitHub: PR review comments on
index.html - All agents ↔ MessageBus: every message is logged for
/messages+ evaluator inspection

- Slack: reminders + launch post + CEO final summary
- SendGrid: sends invoice emails, Day 14 reminder (PDF attachment), and payout PDFs to team members after payment

The workload and responsibilities for the 5 ReAct agents were distributed among the team members as follows:
Manal
CEO Agent: Developed the core orchestration agent that manages message routing, state, decision tracking, and retries across the system. Product Agent: Implemented the agent responsible for taking initial user prompts to generate clear product specifications and structured expected outputs. Arhum
Engineer Agent: Built the engineering agent designed to safely generate code (HTML/CSS) and integrate with GitHub for automated pull request and branch creation. Marketing Agent: Developed the marketing agent responsible for generating outbound copy, landing page hooks, and handling external communication hooks. Aqsa
QA Agent: Implemented the reviewer agent that programmatically tests the generated HTML and marketing copy, enforces regression tests, and posts inline PR comments. Integration & Cross-Agent Logic: Mapped the Slack, SendGrid, and GitHub tools into the pipeline to ensure seamless data passing across all the agent workflows.
