Feature -- Price Notifications

Possible feature to "subscribe" to be notified via Discord DM about a specific price movement (+/-) x% which can be managed via DM interactions.

Usercase example:

Me: $--subscribe odn 10%
Bot: I will send you a DM when "Obsidian | ODN" is +/- 10% in the last hour

Feature -- Restrict to list of accepted channels

Right now the Price bot listens and responds to all requests regardless of channel (i.e., #general vs #trading). It would be good to have a customizable list of approved channels that the Price bot will listen and respond to as to ensure usage is used appropriately.
