Create all the configuration to be able to run tests in the project

Configure project to use Sanitizers

We should have GitHub Actions for the tasks of build

We must run the project in both platforms to check if project are still running (Linux And Windows because it was already tested in MacOS) after removing all mentions to Obsidian

Add the company and tools logos inside the logos folder in the project

We must rename our mentions to obsidian because it's an already taken name

Create first entry to tell about the project in the wiki about common tasks for the project

Investigate and implement a new server which should be able of:

1. Building the project
2. Generate artifacts and store them
3. Run tests
4. Run static analysis
5. Generate project health reports

We must create the basic structure of the project with all the initial third party dependencies managed with cmake

1. Create python scripts to manage dependencies and initial setup of the project.
2. Remember that direct dependencies are managed by the project, for example Vulkan, but some others not, for example Cmake and python
3. This scripts could be called double clicking a bat or bash or command script for Windows, Linux and Mac respectively
4. We should check in all the major platforms if we are able to execute the project after running the scripts

Platforms to support are MacOS, Windows and Ubuntu

Create a discussion about how to share improvements and changes to the project

We must create the basic structure of the project with all the initial third party dependencies and Android Studio project

Update Readme to point to different sections and info about the project for example the GitHub Pages, the Patreon page, the wiki
Also we should specify the goals and things we want to apply to the project
How we manage branches
How we manage pull requests and issues

We should have GitHub Actions for the tasks of running tests

We should have templates for people that want/need to create bug reports and feature adding

Create the first entry to GitHub Pages to tell about this project
