problem with export to ods about gimagereader

It is in general very difficult to reproduce the text layout without using text-boxes. For simple text layouts, you're better of doing a text export and just importing the text into the word processor.

I understand, but the texts are overlapped and the ods export format becomes useless if they are created incorrectly
I tried with ordinary documents. Like scanned book pages and they come out very badly in ods format

Maybe it would be more interesting if each paragraph were a textbox, and you could select the paragraphs graphically on the scanned page. Kind of abby fine reader.
