Aowkin is a companion mobile app for patients that have Sickle Cell Disease to track daily health metrics and pain crises incidents. The app additionally enables users to access resources such as links to support groups, information about medications and symptoms, and scholarships and opportunites available to individuals who have this condition. Finally, patients will be able to export their health data as a summary PDF that can be shared with their primary healthcare provider during an appointment.
