Because we removed id from Grid, it can't be stored to persist the selected line.

There are many developers using Id as an PK int. This is a common usage for relational database tables. I suggest you to change reserved Id property (as a Guid) to RowId or something like this.

In SQL Server there is a hidden row_id column for specifying unique line.

Make it possible to add custom th rows to table header

If there is an unsaved property which affects the sorting, the row will change it's index.
The grid should only sort after saving the row.

What is exactly your purpose with the MQueryBuilder?

The sample does not go beyond declaring the fields you want to be able to filter on.

How do you declare an instance of the field in the page and then, how are you able in the code to retrieve the actual selected filters with their field, operator and value?
