many-passwords.github.io's Issues

Minor color palette change for better contrast

The current website has 'Reddish' text on a grey background, which is a bad contrast ratio for User Experience. I am proposing a minor change in the color palette to increase UX and readability.

Please go through the images above and let me know if I could make a pull request regarding this.

Button for Light Mode

I would like to add a button to toggle between light mode and dark mode. Can you assign me this task if it seems fine?
(The website is in dark mode by default)

Adding a backend for contact form

We have a frontend to the form of contact (Adding a contact form #7), but there is no backend created. Maybe you want to do it?

Write below if you want to do so, thanks!

Buttons for downloading passwords

Hi!

I think a button for downloading passwords will be useful.

I prepared visualizations:

buttons

The first button would download csv, second button would download json, third would redirect to the main repository and showed the number of collected passwords (this is also used in the About Us section).

Please write if you want to be assigned with it, thanks!

New color scheme

How about this color scheme for the whole website?

And these colors for the loading part?
I think these colors match more to the overall theme instead of red, orange, and yellow.

I am also planning on adding a webpage for contribution, instead of redirecting it to GitHub. What do you think?

Adding a contact form

There is no form of contact on the website. The contact is needed for users not using Github.

I was thinking about a form that can be navigated to with navbar.

Write below if you want to do so, thanks!

Navigation Bar isn't responsive for mobile screens

The current version of the Navigation Bar used in homepage (as well as about page) isn't optimized for mobile screens. though it works absolutely fine for about page, the search box included in it for homepage searches goes away on scrolling in mobile devices. I would suggest making a floating search button for mobile screens, or to make the search box in navigation bar sticky on top as we scroll through it, or have a collapsible fixed navigation bar for mobile screens. Other solutions for it are also welcome.

Let's keep this issue open for all, and @piechowiakmichal please label the issue with tags like HacktoberFest, good-first-issue, up-for-grabs to enhance its discoverability.
