Make open call for presenters and workshops, with preference for people from Dumaguete and surrounding regions with the following themes

• Community use case
• Local initiatives using open (geo) data
• Workshops using FOSS tools for geo

Finalize following details with host:

• coordinate re final dates Aug 1-3, for 3 days
• capacity of computer labs x 2 rooms
• capacity of plenary room
• break-out spaces
• exhibition spaces
• audio-visual equipment
• video streaming capabilities

Currently, 4/29, we have a draft program prepared by the initial volunteers, who are prepared to execute the program by themselves, in case we didn't get more resource persons.

In the last meeting, 4/27, David suggested that we try to get feedback about topics we can add based on consultation from the geoScience group.

Around February, this was attempted through social media by initial core crew, before the draft program was written out.

David (and Mikko) will take charge of consulting the GeoScience FB group for feedback until second week of May, 17th. The deadline for the final program is end of May.

• finalize workshop and presentation topics. Due 31st May.
• finalize community day (day 3) activities, logistical requirements. Best to find communities to target close to venue.
