The original DepEd dataset released to the local community in 2012 has been cleaned-up. The agency gave the local community explicit permission to conflate the data into OSM.

Attached is the cleaned-up version: OSMaPaaralan_v2019-282-full.tsv.zip

At the end of the project, do a mechanical fix from date_started to start_date.

Clean and prep the the dataset released by the PCG for a micro-tasking job.

Found in some schools in Iloilo: "operator = Due¤as District of Iloilo Schools Division, DepEd"

Review MapRoulette contributions where amenity=school + building=school is used for the same feature . There are valid usecases for this combo in urban areas, but should be rare in rural areas.

Issue affects integrated schools in the DepEd database we use in OSMaPaaralan, versus DepEd's EBEIS queries, and appears to have multiple ref for what appears to be the same school

First is a unique id that is present in the DepEd database from 2013 which we use. Then you may find two or more ref id's, either 6 digits or 7 digits long. In many case, they are similar, except for a "1" prefix for the 7 digit ref id, the rest of the string are the same as the 6-digit ref, and share the same name, address, or principal.
