bboxifyLabel should accept height as an argument

Some polyline segments have unexpected spacing. e.g.:

It looks like there are multiple segments that share the same angle. Currently, the last bounding box for each segment is left out because I expect the neighboring segment to produce the box. This causes some excessive overlap that makes the boxes appear to have inconsistent density.

Thinking that some polyline simplification in these regions can fix the problem.

@ansis @mourner I just made a version on the packing branch where boxes are placed with a constant interval.

I think there is a bug affecting vertical lines.

Bbox density is a function of a polyline segment's angle. Density ranges from Math.sqrt(0.25 * width * width + 0.25 * height * height) to width. This can be tuned so that we don't produce too many bboxes.
