MapProxy webconf support for Python 3

I appears that mapproxy webconf is not supported in Python 3 currently through one of the dependencies, scriptine-0.2.0. I've opened an issue within the scriptine project noting the discrepancy (olt/scriptine#2). Are there any plans to support webconf within Python 3?
