To hook up to *Arr script connections, called when a file is deleted by *Arr.
When trash is configured, the torrent should be marked as "To Be Deleted" with a label.
If trash is not configured can be immediately deleted, unless HnR rules haven't been satisfied. If HnR not satisfied, torrent also goes to "To Be Deleted" label

Manage autobrr to keep up ratio for popular linux ISO's.

2 commands:

1. check-ratio-build-cap(a more concise name would be nice): To hook into autobrr as external command will return 1 if seedbox currently shouldn't take on any more torrents for ration building (max open torrents + disk space)
2. Some flags for clean to clean up finished ratio building torrents

Maybe 3rd command hooking into omegabrr to setup filter automatically, recommended config for popular upcoming distro's. But probably this part is probably left manually
