Check available disk space, if running low remove the highest ratio and/or longest seed time.

ensure torrent has a min ratio before removing

as we are writing to the DB before deleting the torrent,if the disk is full it cashes.

fix would be delete torrent before writing to DB

Add a clean up for unregistered torrents, when a torrent get removed from a tracker.

Reasoning

• freeing space
• delete dupes
• save bandwith (if FTP traffic gets including in allowance)

Sometimes torrents stall, this could be as a tracker is down, or download got stuck due to diskfull etc

add option to recheck all stalled torrents data and/or reannouce.

allowing downloads to continue and seed
