Curve Growth modeling -IPASS project 2020

Repository

De repository bevat de code, documentatie, rapport, poster en de applicatie van het IPASS-project. De library bevindt zich onder Code/. De code maakt gebruik van de Json bestanden die zich onder Extra bestanden/bevinden. De applicatie code bevindt zich onder Applicatie/ voor de runnen van de applicatie, is de runnen van de library nodig.

Documentatie

De documentatie is te vinden onder elke class en functie. De gegenereerde documentatie die bij de code hoort bevindt zich onder Documentation/. De documentatie kan ook als een HTML file gerund worden. Hiervoor moet de file gedownload worden.

Applicatie

Voor het gebruiken van de applicatie moet de code gerund worden. Hiervoor zijn deCode/,Applicatie/ en Json bestanden/ files nodig. Voor het runnen van de applicatie, moet alleen UI.py gerund worden.

Tests

De tests van de library bevindt zich onder Test/. Alleen de modules/classes in Code/ zijn getests.

Het rapportage en de poster van het project bevinden zich in Rapport en poster/.
