Sorry about that and thanks for calling it to my attention! We are having some DNS issues that should be fixed soon, but in the meantime, you can access Ribbon at https://ribbon.sandbox.bio/.
(or if that is ever down, you could even try the old version at http://qb.cshl.edu/ribbon/ as a last resort)
