Create a UI module that will generate XML output

runTests() throws away the result of testSetupProcedure if it is not RESULT_SUCCESSFUL.

If the setup proc fails, all tests in the Suite are marked successful without even being run.

Externalize all UI elements into a message file that can be easily selected at installation.

Doesn't seem to be a way to exclude the message parameter on the assertCharEquals call. It would be nice to exclude this when we need to change the trailing blanks behavior (i.e. when we need to pass the 4th parameter).

IBMiUnit does not build from the build script for a number of reasons.

1. Arguments to iconv are invalid
   • /usr/bin/iconv -f IBM-037 -t ISO8859-2 is correct for the -t and -f arguments
   • fully qualified path since the RPM for iconv-gnu has not yet been updated to incorporate recent fixes from the FSF supporting IBM-037 and most folks nowadays have /QOpenSys/pkgs/bin in their path ahead of /usr/bin
2. Version should be something like TGTRLS(V7R4M0) instead of 7.1
3. Compilation from IFS broken RNS9339: Unable to open file src/main/QRPGLESRC/IBMIUNIT.rpgle
4. Copy stream file to library fails unless pathing fully qualified.
5. Compilation from source physical file fails.

Current test runner always runs all tests in the suite. Allow a single test (or subset) of the suite to be run. This will make it easier to focus on one problem at a time.

The ignoreTrailingBlanks parameter does condition the comparison check, but the failure message includes trailing blanks in the values and is a bit misleading.

Should have an easy way for anyone to build objects from the source.

Look into the possibility of incorporating the OSSILE module(s) instead of referencing them. Need a better understanding of the state of that project and what is allowed.
