The dependency for funKTionale needs to be added as well or it cannot be resolved, at least from Gradle:

Without the other repository, there is an error during dependency resolution.

If you include kotlin and sfl4j dependencies then you cause unnecessary conflicts with things that you should not really control.

Kotlin is changing fast, you will always be out of date with users.

Your Sfl4j is already out of date (1.7.0 vs. 1.7.5) and people will always have a different version than you.

Including jcl-over-slf4j routes other people's logging in a way that they may not intend, they may actually use Sfl4j over JCL, you don't know.

Including logback again forces a decision on the developer that is likely wrong for many people.

So please just include these in your provided and test scopes only so that they work for you and your testing but do not invade a user's projects.
