Before I can use the code, I need internationalization, as kids are not that good with English.

Once I translate, it will be harder to contribute due to code differences.
So, as a first contribution, I would like to add i18n. I never did real javascript coding, but that should not be a problem, except for the fact that I am not current to best practices in javascript.

So, to add i18n, I would follow guide at http://www.obviel.org/en/1.0b/i18n.html
Should not be too hard as there is little English text

1/So, in index.html: change eg Max Size (MM): to _(Max Size (MM):)
2/extract the po as lithopane.po
3/create my localization, eg nl.po
4/use pojson to create the json language data

It still seems that after download and putting the site up, I need to manually copy the dutch json language data to the gettext object. Perhaps there is a more elegant method. One would want to avoid downloading all po data of all languages though, not sure if possible with javascript.

It seems drag and drop is not supported on android tablet that I have. I can do split screen with browser and file manager, but dragging and drop just gives a 'not supported'
Would there be an option to have an open file button also?

Anybody can try on different tablets? This was tested on a Galaxy Tab 4.

How do you want this? I would just add some javascript variables to set title and logo.
However, I would like to point to the original too, so to your version. Perhaps a footer or something to point to your website in English? Other ideas?

So I would do:

1. add a lithophane-config.js
   2 there some variables:
   var SiteUrl = "http://3dp.rocks/lithophane/";
   var SiteTitle = "3DP Rocks - Lithophane generator"
   var SiteLogo = "images/logo.png";

and then I investigate how I can set those from that javascript in index.html. On a local install, one then just has to update this lithophane-config.js to ones own settings.

Im trying to use a portrait photo, however its forced into landscape with no way to rotate it.

Any ideas?

I've used the site to make regular flat and curved lithos successfully, but had no such luck with the dome ones.
The issue is that the site creates a completely solid half dome.
Seems like a bug to me.

Firefox complains about 3 errors in the css.

Fixes for two here:

logo{height:10} --> #logo{height:50px}

width:320px-logoWidth; --> width:288px;

Third error is text-spacing:1px which firefox doesn't understand.

I don't do a pull request of this, because I think you generate css somehow from sccs file, in a way I'm not aware of.

After uploading image and donwloading stl file, Repetier give me a warning:
The object is not manifold. This is essentially means, that is not watertight.

I really like the lithophane generator. It's really the best one i have seen so far.

Anyhow i miss the possibility to project equirectangular 360x180 panorama picture on full globe (bullet).
Would be great if you could add this feature as more and more cameras (e.g. Ricoh Theta S, Samsung Gear 360) are generating equirectangular (full spherical) pictures.

I keep getting an out of memory error. I have plenty of ram so not sure what the issue is.
I'm using chrome: Version 100.0.4896.127

Would it help if I ran it locally?
