Add a call to get lead activities.

Response classes that don't contain custom code not necessary. We can just use CSD\Marketo\Response.

Guzzle 3 hasn't seen a release in over 2 years. PHP 5.3 has been EOL for nearly 3 years.

Tests have been added for some operations but many operations don't have tests.

Please help me add support for the Marketo API method for adding a custom activity to a lead.

I created a fork with my proposed fix and I think I'm really close to have this working except I'm getting the generic Marketo error code 609 for "The body included in the request is not valid JSON". It doesn't make sense to me -- I thought I added all required request parameters in the correct format.

Can someone please lend me a hand with this fix? I need to get it working soon.

Look around line 405 in Client.php at the createLeads() method, this uses the createOrUpdateLeadsCommand() method which needs to be done away with and replaced with a call to createOrUpdateObjects()

There doesn't appear to be a method to MergeLeads... Is this on the roadmap?

There is an endpoint that Marketo added that is not in this Marketo API client. There is now an endpoint that accepts data for Marketo Forms 2.0.

This API call is very similar to the one performed by the createOrUpdateLeadsCommand() method.

It seems the dev-master release was removed from the packagist repo. This was the documented method for installing the legacy version of the Drupal Marketo module and so a number of users are now having problems. Additionally this broke testing of the legacy code in CI since it also relied on the dev release.

Could you force an update of the package so it can be re-added to the list?
