Use headless Chrome

Chrome 59 now comes with a headless mode which removes the need for Xvfb:

Missing LICENSE

Hi, thank you for this Docker image.

The repository does not contain a file with a license. Can you please add some license to know how your sources can and cannot be used?

Mismatch between JDK announcement and Dockerfile implementation

Hello,

In the description it is announced JDK8 but Dockerfile pull from openjdk 7.

Replace Protractor in demo

The demo test uses Protractor to exercise the image which is now deprecated. It is stuck with a version of ChromeDriver that only supports up to Chrome 114, which mismatches with Chrome 122 that is included in this image.

Need to migrate the demo away from Protractor and to another browser testing framework like Cypress. Note that if Selenium is no longer used under the hood then we can also remove the JDK base image.
