The emojis are displayed as squares in other browsers (chromium).

Currently, multi-line messenges (messages containing line breaks) are not parsed correctly.

In order to improve the performance of the message classification, we first need more annotated chat data.

Unfortunately, it seems to be quite difficult to get chat data, if you are not Facebook.

The annotations will most likely contain different intents. This can still be a good solution to get a better model.

We should report what the deployed ambience version was trained on.
Also we should report the performance (e.g. accuracy) of this baseline.
