Add possibility to report SCCs in real-time

Modification of on_the_fly_scc_node to remember merged nodes should not increase memory overhead and brings possibility to report SCCs real-time. Downside of reporting SCCs in real-time will be probability to hurt run-time, since component which is being reported, must be locked to prevent reporting wrong SCCs.
