delete unnecessary code

there are extra files that I don't need them now, delete them and make the code cleaner.

Responsive Problem

when you click on "بزرگ نمایی نقشه" in mobile device, it doesn't zoom the map good enough to interact. in IranMap component you can change the code to make it work better.

need a footer

create a footer component, the footer component must have Github repository link.

Bug: the new fork me ribbon is not responsive!

Describe the bug
The new interactive fork me on github ribbon has bug on small screen, need some change to use

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Just need to change the screen size

Expected behavior
Need to change the ribbon size and position, also maybe change the animation effects too!

Update readme file (request)

Please update the readme file for better readability, and add some example about how to use it in another project

some cities are missed or misspelled

notice that we only need cities. so just add cities not villages.
