🤔 What is this?

This is my personal Next.js boilerplate for general use.

🚀 Techs used

  • TypeScript - A Superset for JavaScript.
  • Next.js - is an open-source React framework that simplifies building web applications with features like server-side rendering and streamlined routing.
  • React - A an open-source JavaScript library for building user interfaces. Developed by Facebook, it enables the creation of reusable components for interactive web applications.
  • Storybook - A UI component development tool. It allows for the creation and isolated viewing of components, facilitating development, testing, and documentation.
  • Jest - A JavaScript testing framework maintained by Facebook. Widely used for testing React applications, it supports unit tests, integration tests, and snapshot tests.
  • Plop - An scaffolding tool that quickly generates repetitive code structures.
  • Eslint - A static code analysis tool for identifying problematic patterns found in JavaScript code.
  • Prettier - An opinionated code formatter.
  • Husky - An tool that configures Git hooks to automate tasks before commits and pushes. This ensures, for example, that tests or linting checks are run before confirming changes.

🔥 Getting started

  • You may need to install:

    • A Distributed Version-Control-System -> Git
    • Some Node Package Manager Like -> NPM or Yarn
  • Run:

  $ npx create-next-app --example https://github.com/matheus2x/boilerplate-nextjs
