What a career

Norm you have had a great career and your work has benefitted an extraordinary number of researchers and practitioners including myself. You have accumulated and generated a large amount of wisdom throughout your career and have always been a thought leader - one who sometimes takes unpopular views that are ultimately shown to be correct. I got a lot out of reading your farewell address. Thanks for writing it and nothing but the best going forward!
