Not working in VS2017, nowhere to activate VIM mode
Version 15.3.0

Steps to repro:

1. Press Ctrl+; to bring focus to the Solution Explorer's search bar
2. Try to use one of the bound keys (for example h, j, k, l)
3. Realize the bound keys cause the explorer to navigate selection instead of inputting into the search bar
4. Press i to disable vim bindings in Solution Explorer
5. Do search as normal
6. When finished hit Esc to re-enable vim bindings
7. vim bindings don't get re-enabled

Plugin works great for me in solution explorer, and it would be nice if it's possible to integrate it with the Team Explorer window as well, especially the Pending Changes part.

There are probably other panes it could be nice to have for as well, but I'm guessing the behaviour would vary from pane to pane?

This is happening on Visual Studio 2017.

Steps to reproduce:
Open a solution.
Create a file.
Attempt to rename a file with the a name that contains the letter 'h', 'j', 'k, 'l'.
the rename process stops and focus is shifted in the direction indicated by the key pressed.

I'm not quite a vim wizard so if this is intended then feel free to close.

Took a look at making this work for VS 2019, and all I needed to have it run was to update to the latest .NET framework and update nuget packages (Not sure if all the nugets was neccecary, but did it anyways). Created a fork and a branch here: https://github.com/marza91/vimsox/tree/vs19

Now it seems to run just fine, but VS is warning that the package loads synchronously which is deprecated, so that should be fixed as well. Some instuctions for how to do that here: https://github.com/Microsoft/VSSDK-Extensibility-Samples/tree/master/AsyncPackageMigration

Will take a look at it later if I have the time, but anyone else feel the call, feel free to go ahead! Seems like the maintainer hasn't been active for a few years, so I'll see about posting a new version to the gallery as well if I feel like it gets stable enough.
