Add image / icon for all the creators

[Proposal] Add "Genres/Categories"

It'd be easier to browse the list if you could see what Genre or Category each content creator specializes.

For example:
- General .NET
- Windows Desktop
- Azure
- ASP.NET
- etc...

Split Creators based on Language instead of Country

I doubt categorizing based on country has any benefit. Instead categorization based on language, content type or content platform would be more useful.

I am not able to create a PR to add myself.
