Create a base theme with no customisation that loads by default. A client-side JS script can then pick a random theme and load the CSS for it.

This assumes #1 is completed.

Currently, all the project preview images are far too big. It'd be great if during the build process these images could be resized and compressed.

Once theming is done client-side, there should be no needed for PHP. All PHP should be removed and the site moved to be hosted on GitHub pages instead of my own web server.

All themes should make use of an identical HTML structure so that themes only rely on different CSS files and have no custom HTML.

In both the CRT & Swift themes, there are cursors that show after the main title. Like the comment syntax and brackets in the Swift/CRT themes, these cursors should use pseduo elements so that they aren't in the text content.

This is a cleaner way to do things so that the text content is always the legitimate content on the site and not bloated with stylistic items.
