Error while building with webpack 2.2.0

Error while building with webpack 2.2.0.
Uncaught TypeError: Cannot assign to read only property 'exports' of object '#<Object>'

Falsy replacement values aren't replaced

{{ $t('Replace {me}', {me: 0}) }} will not be replaced because 0 is falsy. Results in the original string Replace {me}

Extract strings?

Is there a way to extract the original source strings that this package use? So that one can run an extract script and pass it to translators?

Problems using "| translate" filter

I just tried to use your i18n package and if I use $t('hello world') it works fine, but when I try to use {{ 'hello world' | translate }} I get this error message:

Error in render function: "TypeError: Cannot read property '$t' of undefined"

Fork without using babel (rewrite on es5)

Hi,

I forked the project and rewrite it to es5, to avoid forcing to install and use babel on the project. I'll link to this repo and use the same README, and try to maintain your changes.
