Specify license for the project

I just stumbled upon this repository while looking for a library that can help me run PyTests inside Blender.

I haven't tested it yet but from what I read from README, it surely looks promising. But as license of the project isn't specified anywhere in the files, I can't use it in conjunction with my GPL projects.

It'd be nice if you can add LICENSE file as it is a convention for FOSS project, if this indeed is one.
