Is it possible, while the app is open, to detect a platform device language change?

For me that's the only part missing from this great demo ;)

So I downloaded the code and tried to run the project in UWP and I app getting a NullReferenceException stating AppDescription does not exist. But I can see that it does in both resx files. The solution builds successfully but won't run because of the error. Wanted to see how this all works. Do you have any idea why this is crashing?
