Hi,
There seems to be problems when I have the % sign in the text in the .po file.

Hello friends I have a few questions:

• how could I expose the gettext to the client-side?
• Setting the defaultLocale to other than 'en' doesn't work because the header gets priority over the default, removing the header option from https://github.com/maxnachlinger/hapi-l10n-gettext/blob/master/lib/index.js line 56 made it load the default if the cookie doesn't exists, I wonder is this there is a reason to use the header in this rather than just the cookie and default
