Invite token expiration in session

Sometimes, it says the decomp doesn't exist if someone has a weird session state for invite token. We need to clean it up.

Display all participants in a decomp, regardless of presence

Use user's timezone to customize messaging around time of day

When working on the welcome message, I wanted to add the time of day messaging. Instead of Howdy for everyone, it would be Mornin' if they were in the morning hours, Evenin' in the evening, etc. This isn't easy to do server side until we store the user's timezone. I had a JS solution working, but it resulted in pop, so I didn't want to proceed.

Allow editing topic and stage descriptions

Expire anonymous decomps

If someone creates an anonymous decomp, we should expire these after a configurable amount of time (let's default to 48 hours).

AC:

• Any decomp not owned by a user is automatically deleted after 48 hours
• Expiration time is easily configurable
• If someone has a decomp id in their session that's been deleted, don't navigate to it and delete it from the session
