尝试用VC2019编译，一堆报错。搞定了一些，最后在view和ui_base上搞不定。

比如我先在tab1，滚动条被拉到了指定位置，切换到tab2，然后再从tab2切换回tab1，希望滚动条还保持在那个位置

试了老版的putty-nd 6.6, 6.4的二进制包都有这个问题

64位的包，报缺少msvcr120.dll， 下载放在相同目录能正常用

first, i'm so excited to know you picked up the development of putty-ng, i am an avid fans and user of your aria-ng too

sencond, as the title said, please remove the xp-esque interface and replace it to the more current modern-esque interface used/applied by win10 apps
