Learning Spring

This project is meant for me to get a glimpse into Spring.

Created a web form using Spring that collects information on pizza orders.

To create this web form, I followed a tutorial that can be found https://spring.io/guides/gs/handling-form-submission/#initial or https://github.com/spring-guides/gs-handling-form-submission.

To run the form, you will need JDK 1.8 or later.

Follow this tutorial https://javatutorial.net/set-java-home-windows-10 up until Step 3.

Download the JAR gs-handling-form-submission-0.1.0.jar.

Open Command Prompt. Type cd <insert address where JAR file is> Then type java -jar gs-handling-form-submission-0.1.0.jar

After running the JAR gs-handling-form-submission-0.1.0.jar, go to

http://localhost:8080/greeting

You should be able to see the form. To terminate the form, go to the command prompt where you ran the JAR and press Control-C.
