jbizur-bizur module currently uses jbizur-core configuration to manage bizur consensus config. separate it.

For both serial and parallel tests.

Completely change the structure of the project. More specifically, change it as in this repo.

Make bizur clients to resolve leader addresses of buckets in the warmup phase. This will make the routed requests reach leaders faster and will yield to performance improvements.

currently, server uses unlimited number of threads. maybe switching to NIO will solve this issue or some other method TBD.

Add a bucket view that will represent the snapshot of the current state of the bucket. However, performance analysis is needed for it.

1. Change the TCP server/client message handling so that it uses a NIO style I/O.
