Don't start container if mandatory parameters are not supplied

I ran into an issue with the SMTP configuration not working properly. After inspecting the container, I found out that I had mistyped the SMTP_USERNAME environment variable.

There should be a warning if mandatory configuration variables are not supplied. The container should also exit with an error code in order to avoid running with a faulty config.

Test container with an actual site

The container is running, but has yet to be tested with an actual site. Things
to be tested are:

• Creation of and viewing comments
• Moderation
• SMTP configuration
• Inspect an attached data-volume container for the comment data
