Project Description

The Expense Reimbursement System (ERS) will manage the process of reimbursing employees for expenses incurred while on company time. All employees in this caricature-based company can login and submit requests for reimbursements and view their past tickets and pending requests. Finance managers can log in and view all reimbursement requests and past history for all employees in the company. Finance managers are authorized to approve and deny requests for expense reimbursement.

Sleek nav bar with log-in component

Add forum for employee's to post their latest work

Getting Started

Open up your terminal and navigate to desired folder to copy the project using cd /(location).
Run: git clone https://github.com/mcdonalddylan/CaricatureWebSite.git
Open up project in your desired Java IDE.
Create a SQL database if you don't already have one, and change the environmental variables of the project to ones that match your database.
Install Apache Tomcat (or equivalent) and run the project through localhost. See Apache documentation for more info.
