Extensions methods are exposed on context level

Currently code structure in azure-sdk-formedia-services is that entity collection exposes Creates methods and entities Read,Update,Delete. Just wonder what are specific reasons why in extensions we are extending CloudMediaContext like context.CreateAssetFromFolder() instead of using context.Assets.CreateFromFolder. Thanks.

Does this extension supports both .NET 4 and .NET 4.5 applications?

Compile error on net45

Great work! There are a few helpers I felt it maybe very useful but missing from the existing set.

• Job Progress (Uploading and encoding)
• Write to File for those three URLs
• Produce SAS locator for Mp4
