Instead of case expression use Alert.fromResult (maybe Alert.fromError?) and Result.mapError to give better message to user.

• should be configurable (Alert.init and Alert.initWithConfig)
• should be styled inline instead of relying on css

Using string can cause runtime error on JS side, so use Json.Encode.Value instead.

One possibility:

• Alert.view w/ Html.map
• type Msg = ... | AlertMsg Alert.Msg
• Alert.update

Currently long lines wrap and the checkbox gets its own line. Better options would be:

• No wrapping
  • Clip text with hover
  • Adjust font size
• Wrap text and keep checkbox next to item

Need to add an ID to Todos so that they can be marked complete (or deleted in future) even if they have the same label as another Todo.

It is currently possible to have conflicting Todos with the same id (e.g. #15). In the spirit of making impossible states impossible, would be nice to rethink this model and instead use a Dict where we use keys instead of an id field in the Todo itself.

npm run deploy is failing because "gh-pages" is not listed as a dev dependency.
