Hi, I run into the same problem as you before.
Same error for
ImportError: No module named 'catalog.urls'
How did you fix this? I did not see where are the missing lines possibly could be.

Have you tried creating the file urls.py within the catalog app?

Hey, I was following this tutorial as well and ran into the same problem. For anyone like me looking for the answer to this online, please make sure you have urls.py in the catalog folder. I spent a half hour that I'll never get back because I didn't realize that the file was in the wrong folder (working from VSCode: SSH extension). So, I put the file back in its place and it worked. Always triple check.
