I feel that this project could benefit from moving to an MVC structure. It's not too big yet, but it can be hard to find where a bug is if you do not separate it out. Also, it should make it easier to add features.

Goal: Move all date computing to "TimeModel" file.
Why: Some of the features I would like to add require changing a lot of code to get the desired effect. If the time/date was all controlled by one model, I feel that it would be much easier.
Requirements: This requires taking a lot of the SessionViewController apart and leaving only the code necessary to control the view.

If this is something you would like to do, I can start on it in the refactor branch. If it causes any issues then we can dump it. Also, I'm just doing it for some experience, so if you dont want to add this, no big deal.
