Hello , if you are still working with windows apps even it was long dead , would like to request if you can do Java runtime ,

JDK/JRE is the missing piece in uwp in order to run android without emulator :)

if you are interested doing java runtime project we can create this together .

since c++ is supported on windows phone , this is possible
