After recent update here, the server output to the console is awful and not at all useful.

node_modules/.bin/http-server is sometimes not there if the project that is including buildbro also uses http-server.

This is because npm is smart enough to figure out that both the parent project and buildbro are using the same version of http-server and so move it into the parents node_modules folder.

This is only a problem because buildbro hard codes the path to http-server. Suggest a dynamic lookup using nodes regular lookup algorithm or switching out http-server for some other server module that can be required and used and doesn't need child process

It seems with the minify flag it doesn't uglifyify the modules that browserfiy adds in, so while our code is minified there's a lot in the final bundle that isn't.
