Busywork

When Busywork is selected and user hits submit button, the activity that populates should be from the Busywork category.

Showcase url

When user clicks the Complete button from Saved, user should see page change to Showcase view and url to end with '/Showcase'

When user clicks the Showcase button from the nav/header, user sees the page change to Showcase view and the url ends with '/Showcase'

Complete Activity

User clicking the Complete button from the Saved area should:

Move that activity into the Showcase
Delete that activity from Saved
Show the user the 'You have no saved activities' message if moving the activity to the showcase leaves no more saved cards

Order of saved display

As a user, I should see the most recently saved activity populate first, and the oldest last.

Relaxation

When Relaxation is selected and user hits submit button, the activity that populates should be from the Relaxation category.

Social

When Social is selected and user hits submit button, the activity that populates should be from the Social category.

Charity

When Charity is selected and user hits submit button, the activity that populates should be from the Charity category.

Showcase display

Showcased Activities should include a completed date/timestamp

Nice to have: each completed activity would have input for comments/notes/or way to upload images

Showcased Activities

User should see a navigation option on the main page to go to their showcased activities

Showcase View tests

Tests what is displayed in Showcase view when there are no completed activities, as well as what is displayed once a user completes an activity.

DIY

When DIY is selected and user hits submit button, the activity that populates should be from the DIY category.

Activity card tests

Tests activity card that populates, as well as Save Activity button functionality, and remark that displays if Save button is clicked

Error 404

User should see an error displayed if response status 404, with instructions to click the Home icon to return to homepage

Footer nav showcase

User should see an option at the bottom of the page to navigate to their showcased activities

Route url change for Activity component

The user should see the url change to reflect /Activity<activity.id> when they hit the Do A Thing button. Currently, DOM is reflecting things accurately, but the url will not change on the Activity Route....

Recreation

When Recreation is selected and user hits submit button, the activity that populates should be from the Recreational category.

Saved Activities

User should see a navigation option on the main page to go to their saved activities

Drop down menu

Drop down menu should have 9 categories to pick from

Drop down should be defaulted to blank space upon arrival to main page

Error 500

User should see a strenuous apology for a 500 error, and instructions to click the home icon to return to homepage

Education

When Education is selected and user hits submit button, the activity that populates should be from the Education category.

Footer Nav Saved

User should see a footer at the bottom of the page with option to navigate to their saved activities

Saved View tests

Tests what is displayed in Saved view if no activities are saved, as well as button functionality for Complete, and Delete. Also tests the display if there are no saved activities.

Main Page

As a user, when I navigate to the app, I should see the Un-Bored logo with a drop down menu and button to submit

Cooking

When Cooking is selected and user hits submit button, the activity that populates should be from the Cooking category.

Showcase Button Navigation

As a user, clicking the Showcase button in the nav/header should navigate me to the Showcase view.

If there are no activities in the showcase, I should see a message that says, 'You have nothing in your Showcase. Save and then Complete an activity to move it from Saved to Showcase'.

Completed Cards in showcase

In Showcase view, user should see their completed activities populate in grid format similar to saved view - in the order of newest to oldest completed activities

Each card should show the Completed date/time

Errors

Error displays for all general errors since all responses are 200 ok.....

Home flow testing

Tests should be build for header navigation:

2 buttons, and an image of house to navigate to home

url that includes '/Home'

Form that includes a dropdown with label, and includes 9 categories plus blank default

Form should have a Do A Thing button to submit for an activity suggestion

Save only once

User should only be able to save an activity once. If the user hits the save button and the activity is already in their saved array, the new activity will not be added to the array.

submit search for random

If left null, when the user clicks the submit button, they should see a randomly selected activity card populate below the form

Music

When Music is selected and user hits submit button, the activity that populates should be from the Music category.
