Madness is a library for mDNS service discovery and advertisement. Checkout example for usage.
This is a patchwork of code taken from rust-libp2p, and mdns.
I'll create a GitHub action for next years.
Right now, TXT records only accept a single string, but the RFC specifies that it should support multiple strings.
For now, madness only supports IPv4, there should not bee too much work to make it work with IPv6 as well.
Let's be allies and make this change that means a lot.
Here is a blog post that explain a little more why it's important, and how to easily do it. It will be a bit more complicated with automation, but we still should do it!
