About The Project

Encoding scheme for converting text, image files to dna sequence

Our application was inspired by:

The application offers encoding of plain text and image files. Plain text can be encoded in two ways: Normal or Compressed Image can only be encoded in one way.

Motivation

Application was developed as part of a bachelors degree.

Getting Started

To install dna_py application follow these steps:

  1. Clone the repo
    git clone https://github.com/Mendum/dna_py.git
  2. Move to the folder
    cd ./dna_app/namizna
  3. Run application
    python app.py
